What is consignment of designer goods?

At Bag Lust Consignment, we help consignors (sellers) find a new home for their designer goods and offer clients luxury goods at a fraction of the retail value. We authenticate, photograph, market the merchandise to our fashion enthusiasts and process all transactions. Once the item is sold, the consignor receives payment and the buyer receives a new luxury item (or two)!

Does Bag Lust have a physical location? 

Bag Lust does not currently have a physical location but this under consideration for the future.

How do you source your items?

We have been in operation for 4 years and have built a reputation as a credible consignment business with a select few regular consignors. We started Bag Lust with some of our own belongings, friends and families, and luxury enthusiasts who wanted to make some new room  for more in their closet. We have successfully sold hundreds of items over the past few years, gaining more attention amongst those who love designer within Canada.

How well do your photos and descriptions represent the actual product?

Photos and descriptions reflect the items as best as possible. There is an option to enlarge photos to inspect the items more clearly. We also include close up images to depict any possible wear and tear of the merchandise. Furthermore, we only accept items that are in good to brand new condition since we believe in quality pieces. If there are any additional inquiries for a specific product please feel free to email us.

Can I see the items prior to purchasing or picking up my purchase? 

We generally do not have clients come see the items prior to purchasing as all the details of the items including any wear and tear are accurately detailed and imaged. Furthermore, we only accept items that are in good to brand new condition so we firmly believe that all our clients will be satisfied with their items. However, we understand that there may be questions and/or concerns so please contact us for additional information regarding a specific item.
